rr5552's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
We believe entertainment should always be safe. Use deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out tools at rr5552 to keep your gaming healthy and enjoyable.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino games can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — but only when played in a controlled and planned way. The rr5552 platform always stands for responsible gaming. We are committed to providing every user with a safe, healthy, and enjoyable betting experience.
Gaming should never be your main source of income in life. It is for entertainment only — just like watching a film or playing cricket. If you feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, family relationships, or financial situation, seek help right away.
The responsible gaming tools at rr5552 can be used directly from your account. Below we have explained in detail how you can use these tools to keep yourself protected.
Our Protection Tools
rr5552 provides you with the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming habits.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit takes some time to process — this is intentional, so that decisions are not made on impulse.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, choose the self-exclusion option. You can temporarily close your account for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Do not try to open a new account while self-exclusion is active — this is a violation of the terms.
Time-Out and Break Tools
Using the time-out feature, you can take a break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time it will not be possible to log in to your account or place bets. When a session limit is enabled, you are automatically logged out after a set period.
Review Betting History
You can view your complete betting history, win and loss records, and a summary of transactions from your account at any time. Reviewing your own records regularly is an important habit for responsible gaming.
24/7 Support Team
Our live chat support in Bengali is available at any time. If you or someone you know is experiencing a gambling problem, contact our support team — they will assist you with full confidentiality.
21+ Age Verification
rr5552 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Age is verified during registration and additional identification may be requested if needed. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Parents should use parental controls on their children's devices.
